My experiences with general cellular and neural cellular pathology in a case based blended learning ecosystem's CBBLE

 Iam shuvam kumar pursuing my MBBS from kamineni institute of medical sciences, Narketpalli 

In 2018 when i entered medical school i awaited for the moment to have my first clinical with exposure with patient. So when my clinical posting started i was excited, curious, enthusiastic and nervous all at the same time. First few days were so confusing and hard to understand but with time things got easier by observing seniors taking cases and interacting and clearing doubts with PGs and professors. 

I understood the importance of history taking and how it plays an important role in the diagnoses of the patient's conditions. The most amazing part  was to come up with differential diagnosis based on the  signs and symptoms of patients which made me realise how expansive general medicine. I can surely tell that the experience i have had in these past three years can help me successfully interpret a laboratory investigations if an acquaintance or relative comes with one.
